I/ Positive Phrases

1. Walter manages his team well and receives good performance from them.
2. Peter is an effective manager and understands how to supervise his employees to meet expectations.
3. Terry has received good feedback from his team and his managers.

II/ Negative Phrases

1. Paul does not understand the intricacies of managing a high performance team and has yet to perform.
2. Julie was a great individual performer but so far has not proven she is a good manager.
3. Bill has a tendency to play favorites and not treat all employees fairly.
