Performance appraisal factors
Appraisal criteria are necessary matters to have true view about an employee’s working result. These criteria may be associated with:
1. Volume of work
Volume of work that is implemented in practice by an employee (number of processed documents, number of settled work and written reports…).
2.Work quality
Quality of his work (mistakes in document process, exactness and specification of information supplied customer, exactly modification in report editing process).
3. Work cost
These criteria may also relate to cost factors (average cost of a test and a training course…) or time of job implementation (average time of processing a call, replying customer’s mail or service user’s mail…)
